Hi, I am Jala. I am excited you’re here!

I am an Ithaca-based realtor. I was born in Gambia and moved to Ithaca in my early teens. I graduated from Ithaca High School and Cornell University. Post Cornell, I worked in management consulting in Washington, DC and failed to solve all the major and minor problems affecting our nation’s capital. I returned to Ithaca because the opportunities are endless.

My pursuits are football, also known as soccer, biking, camping, and spending time with my beautiful wife, Christine, and energetic three-year old daughter, Mariama. I also take pride in giving back to the community and support numerous local organizations.

I have a passion for real estate, and any time you can combine generating real value with having fun, you’ve hit a grand slam. I enjoy the work and touching different lives. I try to form relationships anywhere I go, whether walking down the aisle in a grocery store, walking down the street or at a holiday party, it’s natural for me to reach out to strangers daily. My business is about building relationships. And maybe I’ll have the opportunity to touch your life, too. I believe that the more we communicate with others, the more complete we become ourselves.

Most of my clients find me through your word of mouth, and I remain grateful and optimistic. In terms of real estate, I continue to improve, educate and grow. If I am fortunate to gain your business, I will negotiate fiercely on your behalf.
