Dual Agency

I generally avoid engaging in dual agency transactions, which means that I will not represent both the buyer and the seller in a transaction without their informed consent in writing. Although legal in New York, it is challenging to equally represent both parties, and my obligations must be disclosed if both parties consent to this arrangement.

Showings 

When you hire me, you get me.  For my clients, I will always personally show your property and be present at all inspections.

Focus

I believe every client should feel confident when buying or selling a home.  My focus is on your home, and I give special attention to all my clients without the use of assistants. I answer all calls and emails as soon as possible.

Advertising

My advertising is designed to sell your property, not to promote myself.

Cooperation

As a member of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, it is my obligation to cooperate with other agents to the fullest. I endeavor to maintain my reputation of being a cooperative agent, including showing my listings even when inconvenient to me, and want every agent in any transaction with me eager to repeat the experience.

Ethics

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, I pledge to practice the highest business and ethical standards. This includes candid and sometimes unwelcome reporting and opinions.
